CAMPING ON SITE
There will be camping available on site. Each pitch will be 9 meters x 7 meters (as a minimum but if space allows we may be able to go slightly bigger) and everything must be inside the four corner markers of the pitch to maintain access roads and emergency services access.
There will be portable loos within the camping area and showers will be available but may have to be located closer to the arena due to water supply and drainage requirements.
HOTELS IN THE AREA
IBIS RUGBY EAST –
DRIFT EAST SIDE OF M1 AT JUNCTION 18 – CRICK, NORTHAMPTON, NN6 7EX
7.9 miles from Venue / 16 mins driving time to venue
This hotel accepts dogs, has a lift to all floors for disabled participants and has a restaurant which offers breakfast and evening meals. This hotel is in a more industrial area so walking dogs is ok on lead but you would need to drive to get to good grassed areas to let dogs off lead. We are trying to negotiate dogs to be free rather than with a fee and will update this post as soon as we can speak to someone human! (they use AI in their online booking system!)
I use this hotel for meetings at the venue.

TRAVELODGE – DUNCHURCH
LONDON ROAD, DUNCHURCH, RUGBY, CV23 9LG
4.4 miles / 10 mins driving time to venue
Accepts dogs with an overnight fee per dog which we are asking for it be waived for our event period but will confirm on here as soon as confirmation received.
This is a good quality clean hotel but has no restaurant so no breakfast / evening meals! However, it does have a McDonalds literally to the front of the hotel and is one of the closest hotels to the venue! When the UK Team use this hotel for our tryouts, we have breakfast and evening meals at the Onley venue cafe & restaurant.
TRAVELODGE – RUGBY CENTRAL
RED POULT ROAD, RUGBY. CV21 3LA
6.1 miles / 23 mins driving time.
This travelodge is a lot larger than the Dunchurch one and DOES have a restaurant and offers breakfast / evening meals. Water Park is only 6 miles from the venue to be able to give your dogs a good walk. Please contact to confirm they will accept dogs (as most do) but not stated in their write up.
